In the past a single AioContext was used for block I/O and it was
fetched using blk_get_aio_context(). Nowadays the block layer supports
running I/O from any AioContext and multiple AioContexts at the same
time. Remove the dma_blk_io() AioContext argument and use the current
AioContext instead.

This makes calling the function easier and enables multiple IOThreads to
use dma_blk_io() concurrently for the same block device.

the terminator object from each array. Update the assertions
in device_class_set_props to match.

With struct Property being 88 bytes, this was a rather large
form of terminator. Saves 30k from qemu-system-aarch64.

mac_dbdma: Remove leftover `dma_memory_unmap` calls

These were passing a NULL buffer pointer unconditionally, which happens
to behave in a mostly benign way (except for the chance of an excess
memory region unref and a bounce buffer leak). Per the function comment,
this was never meant to be accepted though, and triggers an assertion
with the "softmmu: Support concurrent bounce buffers" change.

Given that the code in question never sets up any mappings, just remove
the unnecessary dma_memory_unmap calls along with the DBDMA_io struct
fields that are now entirely unused.

patches which have been present since Linux v5.12. As with the kernel
support, it's derived from work started by João Martins of Oracle in
2018.

This series just adds the basic platform support — CPUID, hypercalls,
event channels, a stub of XenStore.

A full single-tenant internal implementation of XenStore, and patches
to make QEMU's Xen PV drivers work with this Xen emulation, are waiting
in the wings to be submitted in a follow-on patch series.

As noted in the documentation, it's enabled by setting the xen-version
property on the KVM accelerator, e.g.:
