Resolve merge conflicts.

Import OpenBSD's tip(1) as of today

Fix merge conflicts, and because this still has a zillion warnings,
protect the build with a WARNS=2.

Fix the build.

Import of OpenBSD's tip (which was the tip code of a month ago, modulo
OpenBSD commits).

Rename PATH_LOCK to PATH_UUCPLOCK

Use new _PATH_LOCK
Fix bug: pid was not assigned

Remove trailing whitespace.
