This is a residual of the $FreeBSD$ removal.

MAN[1-9] -> MAN.

revert back to rev 1.5

Add option `-n', causing system headers not to be included in dependacy
lists.

This is needed when using a non-stock compiler.

${DESTDIR}/usr/bin -> ${DESTDIR}${BINDIR}

remove /usr/ucb from path
cleanup Makefile

Change `install' to `${INSTALL}' so that default install flags can be
specified in the top level Makefiles.

More merry makefile munging for man page compatability.
