INIT_ALL: Fix typo in option description
From GitHub pull request #2035; the change needs to be applied to the
source file for the option description, not the generated src.conf.5.

Add INIT_ALL build option
This option replaces WITH_INIT_ALL_PATTERN and WITH_INIT_ALL_ZERO with
INIT_ALL=pattern and INIT_ALL=zero respectively. As these are
relatively rarely used options no back
