'speaker' not 'atspeaker'

Retire 'atspeaker' and 'pcspeaker'. We'll use 'speaker' which
is the same as the config device directive.

Rename the speaker device for pc98 to 'pcspeaker'.

Added pc98 supports.

KLDify the "speaker" device (which calls itself atspeaker internally, and
is i386-specific, so name the module atspeaker rather than speaker).
