sys/modules: normalize .CURDIR-relative paths to SRCTOP

This simplifies make output/logic

Tested with: `cd sys/modules; make ALL_MODULES=` on amd64

Make this usable for all platforms.

Build the ppc module on pc98.

Allow for ppc(4) to be built as module, initially
only for i386 and amd64.
