and lib/libsys/<arch> from lib/libc/sys and lib/libc/<arch>/<sys>.
Update paths

Update some signal man pages for multithreading.

sigreturn(2): Remove ancient compatibility warning about 4.2BSD.

The HISTORY subsection still says that sigreturn() was added in 4.3BSD.

Update xrefs from 4.3BSD to modern signal functions in various man pages.

sigvec(2) references have been updated to sigaction(2), sigsetmask(2) and
sigblock(2) to sigprocmask(2), sigpause(2) to sigs
