These sys/cdefs.h are not needed. Purge them. They are mostly left-over
from the $FreeBSD$ removal. A few in libc are still required for macros

Import the softfloat emulation library, needed for FreeBSD/arm right now.
It should become useless when gcc 3.4 will be imported, as libgcc from
gcc 3.4 contains this bits for arm.
