Import the softfloat emulation library, needed for FreeBSD/arm right now.
It should become useless when gcc 3.4 will be imported, as libgcc from
gcc 3.4 contains this bits for arm.

Import the softfloat emulation library, needed for FreeBSD/arm right now.
It should become useless when gcc 3.4 will be imported, as libgcc from
gcc 3.4 contains this bits for arm.
