gets() from FreeBSD 13's libc, and our copies of libc++ and
libstdc++. In that change, the declarations were simply deleted, but
I would like to propose this conditional test instead.

Update libc++ to 3.7.0 release.

Import libc++ 3.4 release. This contains a lot of bugfixes, and some
preliminary support for C++1y.
