tests/qapi-schema: Purge simple unions from tests

Drop tests that are specifically about simple unions:

* SugaredUnion in doc-good: flat unions are covered by @Object.

* union-branch-case and union-clash-branches: branch naming for flat
unions is enforced for the tag enum instead, which is covered by
enum-member-case and enum-clash-member.

* union-empty: empty flat unions are covered by flat-union-empty.

Rewrite the remainder to use flat unions: args-union, bad-base,
flat-union-base-union, union-branch-invalid-dict, union-unknown.

Except drop union-optional-branch. because converting this one is not
worth the trouble; we don't explicitly check names beginning with '*'
in other places, either.

qapi: Back out doc comments added just to please qapi.py

This reverts commit 3313b61's changes to tests/qapi-schema/, except
for tests/qapi-schema/doc-*.

We could keep some of these doc comments to serve as positive test
cases. However, they don't actually add to what we get from doc
comment use in actual schemas, as we we don't test output matches
expectations, and don't systematically cover doc comment features.
Proper positive test coverage would be nice.

qapi: add qapi2texi script

As the name suggests, the qapi2texi script converts JSON QAPI
description into a texi file suitable for different target
formats (info/man/txt/pdf/html...).

It parses the following kind of blocks:

Free-form:

##
# = Section
# == Subsection
#
# Some text foo with *emphasis*
# 1. with a list
# 2. like that
#
# And some code:
# | $ echo foo
# | -> do this
# | <- get that
#
##

Symbol description:

##
# @symbol:
#
# Symbol body ditto ergo sum. Foo bar
# baz ding.
#
# @param1: the frob to frobnicate
# @param2: #optional how hard to frobnicate
#
# Returns: the frobnicated frob.
# If frob isn't frobnicatable, GenericError.
#
# Since: version
# Notes: notes, comments can have
# - itemized list
# - like this
#
# Example:
#
# -> { "execute": "quit" }
# <- { "return": {} }
#
##

That's roughly following the following EBNF grammar:

api_comment = "##\n" comment "##\n"
comment = freeform_comment | symbol_comment
freeform_comment = { "# " text "\n" | "#\n" }
symbol_comment = "# @" name ":\n" { member | tag_section | freeform_comment }
member = "# @" name ':' [ text ] "\n" freeform_comment
tag_section = "# " ( "Returns:", "Since:", "Note:", "Notes:", "Example:", "Examples:" ) [ text ] "\n" freeform_comment
text = free text with markup

Note that the grammar is ambiguous: a line "# @foo:\n" can be parsed
both as freeform_comment and as symbol_comment. The actual parser
recognizes symbol_comment.

See docs/qapi-code-gen.txt for more details.

Deficiencies and limitations:
- the generated QMP documentation includes internal types
- union type support is lacking
- type information is lacking in generated documentation
- doc comment error message positions are imprecise, they point
to the beginning of the comment.
- a few minor issues, all marked TODO/FIXME in the code

qapi: Use 'struct' instead of 'type' in schema

Referring to "type" as both a meta-type (built-in, enum, union,
alternate, or struct) and a specific type (the name that the
schema uses for declaring structs) is confusing. Do the bulk of
the conversion to "struct" in qapi schema, with a fairly
mechanical:

for f in `find -name '*.json'; do sed -i "s/'type'/'struct'/"; done

followed by manually filtering out the places where we have a
'type' embedded in 'data'. Then tweak a couple of tests whose
output changes slightly due to longer lines.

I also verified that the generated files for QMP and QGA (such
as qmp-commands.h) are the same before and after, as assurance
that I didn't leave in any accidental member name changes.

qapi: More rigourous checking of types

Now that we know every expression is valid with regards to
its keys, we can add further tests that those keys refer to
valid types. With this patch, all uses of a type (the 'data':
of command, type, union, alternate, and event; the 'returns':
of command; the 'base': of type and union) must resolve to an
appropriate subset of metatypes declared by the current qapi
parse; this includes recursing into each member of a data
dictionary. Dealing with '**' and nested anonymous structs
will be done in later patches.

Update the testsuite to match improved output.

qapi: Add some expr tests

Demonstrate that the qapi generator doesn't deal well with
expressions that aren't up to par. Later patches will improve
the expected results as the generator is made stricter. Only
a few of the the added tests actually behave sanely at
rejecting obvious problems or demonstrating success.

Note that in some cases, we reject bad QAPI merely because our
pseudo-JSON parser does not yet know how to parse numbers. This
series does not address that, but when a later series adds support
for numeric defaults of integer fields, the testsuite will ensure
that we don't lose the error (and hopefully that the error
message quality is improved).
