nvram: Rename openbios_firmware_abi.h into sun_nvram.h

The header now only contains inline functions related to the
Sun NVRAM, so the a name like sun_nvram.h seems to be more
appropriate now.

chrp_nvram.c / chrp_nvram.h instead of openbios_firmware_abi.h.

collisions less likely. Offenders found with
scripts/clean-header-guards.pl -vn.

Cleaned up with scripts/clean-header-guards.pl, followed by some
renaming of new guard symbols picked by the script to better ones.

firmware_abi.h with structs for OpenBIOS landed in hw/sparc/ by mistake
- move it to hw/nvram/ alongside fw_cfg.h. In addition to sparc it's
included from pp
