hw/riscv: Add optional symbol callback ptr to riscv_load_firmware()
This patch adds an optional function pointer, "sym_cb", to riscv_load_firmware() which provides the possibility to access the symbol table during kernel loading.
The pointer is ignored, if supplied with flat (non-elf) firmware image.
The Spike board requires it locate the HTIF symbols from firmware ELF passed via "-bios" option.

riscv/sifive_u: Add a serial property to the sifive_u machine
At present the board serial number is hard-coded to 1, and passed to OTP model during initialization. Firmware (FSBL, U-Boot) uses the serial number to generate a unique MAC address for the on-chip ethernet controller. When multiple QEMU 'sifive_u' instances are created and connected to the same subnet, they all have the same MAC address hence it creates a unusable network.
A new "serial" property is introduced to specify the board serial number. When not given, the default serial number 1 is used.

RISC-V Patches for the 5.0 Soft Freeze, Part 5
This tag contains the last of the patches I'd like to target for the 5.0 soft freeze. At this point we're mostly collecting fixes, but there are a few new features. The changes include:
* An OpenSBI update, including the various bits necessary to put CI together and an image for the 32-bit sifive_u board. * A fix that disallows TSR when outside of machine mode. * A fix for VS-mode interrupt forwarding.

This pull request is almost entirely an implementation of the draft hypervisor extension. This extension is still in draft and is expected to have incompatible changes before being frozen, but we've had good luck managing other RISC-V draft extensions in QEMU so far.
Additionally, there's a fix to PCI addressing and some improvements to the M-mode timer.
This boots linux and passes make check for me.

RISC-V Patches for the 5.0 Soft Freeze, Part 1
This patch set contains a handful of collected fixes that I'd like to target for the 5.0 soft freeze (I know that's a long way away, I just don't know what else to call these):
* A fix for a memory leak initializing the sifive_u board. * Fixes to privilege mode emulation related to interrupts and fstatus.
Notably absent is the H extension implementation. That's pretty much reviewed, but not quite ready to go yet and I didn't want to hold back these important fixes. This boots 32-bit and 64-bit Linux (buildroot this time, just for fun) and passes "make check".

RISC-V Patches for the 4.2 Soft Freeze, Part 2
This patch set contains a handful of small fixes for RISC-V targets that I'd like to target for the 4.2 soft freeze. They include:
* A fix to allow the debugger to access the state of all privilege modes, as opposed to just the currently executing one. * A pair of cleanups to implement cpu_do_transaction_failed. * Fixes to the device tree. * The addition of various memory regions to make the sifive_u machine more closely match the HiFive Unleashed board. * Fixes to our GDB interface to allow CSRs to be accessed. * A fix to a memory leak pointed out by coverity. * A fix that prevents PMP checks from firing incorrectly.
This passes "make chcek" and boots Open Embedded for me.

riscv/sifive_u: Add QSPI memory region
The HiFive Unleashed uses is25wp256 SPI NOR flash. There is currently no model of this in QEMU, so to allow boot firmware developers to use QEMU to target the Unleashed let's add a chunk of memory to represent the QSPI0 memory mapped flash. This can be targeted using QEMU's -device loader command line option.
In the future we can look at adding a model for the is25wp256 flash.

riscv/sifive_u: Add L2-LIM cache memory
On reset only a single L2 cache way is enabled, the others are exposed as memory that can be used by early boot firmware. This L2 region is generally disabled using the WayEnable register at a later stage in the boot process. To allow firmware to target QEMU and the HiFive Unleashed let's add the L2 LIM (LooselyIntegrated Memory).
Ideally we would want to adjust the size of this chunk of memory as the L2 Cache Controller WayEnable register is incremented. Unfortunately I don't see a nice way to handle reducing or blocking out the L2 LIM while still allowing it be re returned to all enabled from a reset.

RISC-V Patches for the 4.2 Soft Freeze, Part 1, v3
This contains quite a few patches that I'd like to target for 4.2. They're mostly emulation fixes for the sifive_u board, which now much more closely matches the hardware and can therefor run the same fireware as what gets loaded onto the board. Additional user-visible improvements include:
* support for loading initrd files from the command line into Linux, via /chosen/linux,initrd-{start,end} device tree nodes. * The conversion of LOG_TRACE to trace events. * The addition of clock DT nodes for our uart and ethernet.
This also includes some preliminary work for the H extension patches, but does not include the H extension patches as I haven't had time to review them yet.
This passes my OE boot test on 32-bit and 64-bit virt machines, as well as a 64-bit upstream Linux boot on the sifive_u machine. It has been fixed to actually pass "make check" this time.
Changes since v2 (never made it to the list):
* Sets the sifive_u machine default core count to 2 instead of 5.
Changes since v1 <20190910190513.21160-1-palmer@sifive.com>:
* Sets the sifive_u machine default core count to 5 instead of 1, as it's impossible to have a single core sifive_u machine.
