Now that all of the Property arrays are counted, we can remove
the terminator object from each array. Update the assertions
in device_clas

Now that all of the Property arrays are counted, we can remove
the terminator object from each array. Update the assertions
in device_class_set_props to match.

With struct Property being 88 bytes, this was a rather large
form of terminator. Saves 30k from qemu-system-aarch64.

Conflicts:

The qdev conversion in this pull request ("stellaris-gamepad: Convert
to qdev") eliminates the vmstate_register() call that was converted to
vmstate_register_any() in the conflicting migration pull request.
vmstate_register_any() is no longer necessary now that this device has
been converted to qdev, so take this pull request's version of
stellaris_gamepad.c over the previous pull request's
stellaris_input.c (the file was renamed).

acpi-vga-stub.c pulls in vga_int.h
However that currently pulls in ui/console.h which
breaks e.g. on systems without pixman.
It's better to remove ui/console

If users try to add an isa-vga device that was already registered,
still in command line, qemu will crash:

$ qemu-system-mips64el -M pica61 -

vga: don't abort when adding a duplicate isa-vga device

If users try to add an isa-vga device that was already registered,
still in command line, qemu will crash:

$ qemu-system-mips64el -M pica61 -device isa-vga
RAMBlock "vga.vram" already registered, abort!
Aborted (core dumped)

That particular board registers the device automaticaly, so it's
not obvious that a VGA device already exists. This patch changes
this behavior by displaying a message and exiting without crashing.

which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.

Followed by:

- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

which expands to:

which expands to:

This assertion can only fail when @obj points to something other
than its stated type, i.e. when we're in undefined behavior country.

Remove the unnecessary DEVICE() casts when we already know the
pointer is of DeviceState type.
