include/hw/qdev-properties: Remove DEFINE_PROP_END_OF_LIST

Now that all of the Property arrays are counted, we can remove
the terminator object from each array. Update the assertions
in device_class_set_props to match.

With struct Property being 88 bytes, this was a rather large
form of terminator. Saves 30k from qemu-system-aarch64.

hw/arm/xlnx: Connect secondary CGEM IRQs

The Cadence GEM peripherals as configured for Zynq MPSoC and Versal
platforms have two priority queues with separate interrupt sources for
each. If the interrupt source for the second priority queue is not
connected, they work in polling mode only. This change connects the
second interrupt source for platforms where it is available. This patch
has been tested using the lwIP stack with a Xilinx-supplied driver from
their embeddedsw repository.

The ARM_CPU_IRQ/FIQ definitions are used to index the GPIO
IRQ created calling qdev_init_gpio_in() in ARMCPU instance_init()
handler. To allow non-ARM code to raise interrupt on ARM cores,
move they to 'target/arm/cpu-qom.h' which is non-ARM specific and
can be included by any hw/ file.

File list to include the new header generated using:

$ git grep -wEl 'ARM_CPU_(\w*IRQ|FIQ)'

hw/arm/xlnx-zynqmp: fix unsigned error when checking the RPUs number

When passing --smp with a number lower than XLNX_ZYNQMP_NUM_APU_CPUS,
the expression (ms->smp.cpus - XLNX_ZYNQMP_NUM_APU_CPUS) will result
in a positive number as ms->smp.cpus is a unsigned int.
This will raise the following error afterwards, as Qemu will try to
instantiate some additional RPUs.
| $ qemu-system-aarch64 --smp 1 -M xlnx-zcu102

| ERROR:../src/tcg/tcg.c:777:tcg_register_thread:

xlnx-zynqmp: fix the irq mapping for the display port and its dma

When the display port has been initially implemented the device
driver wasn't using interrupts. Now that the display port driver
waits for vblank interrupt it has been noticed that the irq mapping
is wrong. So use the value from the linux device tree and the
ultrascale+ reference manual.
