RDMA/hfi: Decrease PCI device reference count in error path
pci_get_device() will increase the reference count for the returned pci_dev, and also decrease the reference count for the input parameter *from* if it is not NULL.
If we break out the loop in node_affinity_init() with 'dev' not NULL, we need to call pci_dev_put() to decrease the reference count. Add missing pci_dev_put() in error path.

RDMA/hfi: Replace cpumask_weight with cpumask_empty where appropriate
drivers/infiniband/hw/hfi1/affinity.c code calls cpumask_weight() to check if any bit of a given cpumask is set. We can do it more efficiently with cpumask_empty() because cpumask_empty() stops traversing the cpumask as soon as it finds first set bit, while cpumask_weight() counts all bits unconditionally.
