Since commit d3c511ac1d72 ("powerpc/cpm: Remove
!CONFIG_PPC_CPM_NEW_BINDING code") cpm_dp...() macros have no added
value anymore.

SIU_INT_IRQ1 is not used anywhere and __IO_BASE is defined in

Then the only thing remaining in mpc8260.h is MPC82XX_BC
