ARM: dts: Move .dts files to vendor sub-directories
The arm dts directory has grown to 1559 boards which makes it a bit unwieldy to maintain and use. Past attempts stalled out due to plans to move .dts files out of the kernel tree. Doing that is no longer planned (any time soon at least), so let's go ahead and group .dts files by vendors. This move aligns arm with arm64 .dts file structure.
There's no change to dtbs_install as the flat structure is maintained on install.
The naming of vendor directories is roughly in this order of preference: - Matching original and current SoC vendor prefix/name (e.g. ti, qcom) - Current vendor prefix/name if still actively sold (SoCs which have been aquired) (e.g. nxp/imx) - Existing platform name for older platforms not sold/maintained by any company (e.g. gemini, nspire)
The whole move was scripted with the exception of MAINTAINERS and a few makefile fixups.

ARM: dts: mvebu: A37x/XP/38x/39x: Move SPI controller nodes into 'soc' node
This patch moves all Armada 370/XP/38x/39x SPI controller nodes from the 'internal-regs' node down into the 'soc' node. This is in preparation to enable the usage of the SPI direct access mode. A follow-up patch will add the static MBus mappings for the SPI devices into the 'reg' property of the SPI controller DT node.
By moving these SPI controller nodes, this patch also makes use of the labels rather than keeping the tree structure.

ARM: mvebu: Add Device Tree description of the Armada 388 SoC
This SoC belongs to the Armada 38x family. The main difference with the Armada 385 is that the 388 can handle two more SATA ports. Currently the consequence is the use of a different compatible string for the pinctrl node, in order to be able to use the pins associated to this 2 new SATA ports. The second SATA controller has also been moved from the armada38x.dtsi as it it specific to the Armada388 version.
In the same time the Armada385 DB and Armada 385 RD board have been renamed in the 388 one and now include the armada-388.dtsi file. AS both of them have 4 SATA ports the SoC used on them were wrongly described.

Some nodes in the DTs have a reg property but no unit name in their node name.
This contradicts the way the ePAPR defines the node names. Fix this.

ARM: mvebu: Fix the improper use of the compatible string armada38x using a wildcard
Wildcards in compatible strings should be avoid. "marvell,armada38x" was recently introduced but was not yet used.
The armada 385 SoC is a superset of the armada 380 SoC (with more CPUs and more PCIe slots). So this patch replaces the use of "marvell,armada38x" by the "marvell,armada380" string.

ARM: mvebu: add Device Tree description of xHCI controllers on Armada 38x
The Marvell Armada 38x SoCs contains two xHCI controllers. This commit adds the Device Tree description of those interfaces at the SoC level, and also enables the two USB3 ports on the Armada 385 DB platform and one USB3 port on the Armada 385 RD platform.

ARM: mvebu: remove clock-frequency of serial port Device Tree nodes
Now that the Armada 370/375/38x/XP SoC-level Device Tree files have the proper "clocks" property in their UART controllers node, it is no longer useful to have the clock-frequency property defined in the board-level Device Tree files.
Therefore, this commit gets rid of all the useless 'clock-frequency' properties.

ARM: mvebu: add Device Tree for the Armada 385 RD board
The Armada 385 RD board is the reference design board from Marvell for the Armada 385 SoC. This commit adds a Device Tree description for this board, which enables the following features:
* Network interfaces * I2C bus * Serial port * SPI bus, with a SPI flash * PCIe interface
