The qdev_set_parent_bus() from instance_init adds a link to the child devices which is not valid anymore after the bcm2837 instance has been destroyed. Unfortunately, the child devices do not get destroyed / unlinked correctly because both object_initialize() and object_property_add_child() increase the reference count of the child objects by one, but only one reference is dropped when the parent gets removed. So let's use the new functions object_initialize_child() and sysbus_init_child_obj() instead to create the objects, which will take care of creating the child objects with the correct reference count of one.

These devices are currently causing some problems when a user is trying to hot-plug or introspect them during runtime.

These devices are currently causing some problems when a user is trying to hot-plug or introspect them during runtime. Since these devices can not be instantiated by the user at all (they need to be wired up in code instead), we should mark them with user_creatable = false anyway, then we avoid at least the crashes with the hot-plugging. The introspection problem will be handled by a separate patch.

Now we have separate types for BCM2386 and BCM2387, we might as well just hard-code the CPU type they use rather than having it passed through as an object property. This then lets us put the initialization of the CPU object in init rather than realize.
Note that this change means that it's no longer possible on the command line to use -cpu to ask for a different kind of CPU than the SoC supports. This was never a supported thing to do anyway; we were just not sanity-checking the command line.
This does require us to only build the bcm2837 object on TARGET_AARCH64 configs, since otherwise it won't instantiate due to the missing cortex-a53 device and "make check" will fail.

The bcm2837 is pretty similar to the bcm2836, but it does have some differences. Notably, the MPIDR affinity aff1 values it sets for the CPUs are 0x0, rather than the 0xf that the bcm2836 uses, and if this is wrong Linux will not boot.
Rather than trying to have one device with properties that configure it differently for the two cases, create two separate QOM devices for the two SoCs. We use the same approach as hw/arm/aspeed_soc.c and share code and have a data table that might differ per-SoC. For the moment the two types don't actually have different behaviour.

Our BCM2836 type is really a generic one that can be any of the bcm283x family. Rename it accordingly. We change only the names which are visible via the header file to the rest of the QEMU code, leaving private function names in bcm2836.c as they are.
This is a preliminary to making bcm283x be an abstract parent class to specific types for the bcm2836 and bcm2837.

The TypeInfo and state struct for bcm2386 disagree about what the parent class is -- the TypeInfo says it's TYPE_SYS_BUS_DEVICE, but the BCM2386State struct only defines the parent_obj field as DeviceState. This would have caused problems if anything actually tried to treat the object as a TYPE_SYS_BUS_DEVICE. Fix the TypeInfo to use TYPE_DEVICE as the parent, since we don't need any of the additional functionality TYPE_SYS_BUS_DEVICE provides.

Commit 57cb38b included qapi/error.h into qemu/osdep.h to get the Error typedef. Since then, we've moved to include qemu/osdep.h everywhere. Its file comment explains: "To avoid getting into possible circular include dependencies, this file should not include any other QEMU headers, with the exceptions of config-host.h, compiler.h, os-posix.h and os-win32.h, all of which are doing a similar job to this file and are under similar constraints." qapi/error.h doesn't do a similar job, and it doesn't adhere to similar constraints: it includes qapi-types.h. That's in excess of 100KiB of crap most .c files don't actually need.
Add the typedef to qemu/typedefs.h, and include that instead of qapi/error.h. Include qapi/error.h in .c files that need it and don't get it now. Include qapi-types.h in qom/object.h for uint16List.
Update scripts/clean-includes accordingly. Update it further to match reality: replace config.h by config-target.h, add sysemu/os-posix.h, sysemu/os-win32.h. Update the list of includes in the qemu/osdep.h comment quoted above similarly.
This reduces the number of objects depending on qapi/error.h from "all of them" to less than a third. Unfortunately, the number depending on qapi-types.h shrinks only a little. More work is needed for that one.
