Merge branch 'master' into next
Merge master back into next, this allows us to resolve some conflicts in
arch/powerpc/Kconfig, and also re-sort the symbols under config PPC so
that they are in alpha

- use -mlong-calls to build
- extend jumps in futex_atomic_*

Also, for convenience and portability, the hexagon compiler builtin
functions like memcpy etc have been added to the kernel -- following
the idiom used by other architectures"
